- Sanitize data to NIST (National Institute for Standards in Technology) Standards (approved and promoted by the Department of Defense), certify and document data sanitation by serial number of the host device or physically destroy hard drives and provide certification
- Inventory devices by serial number and other criteria set by the client such as asset tags and provide to the client as a fully documented audit
- Audit IT equipment for usability and cosmetic condition to provide valuable information for resale or recycling decisions
- Provide release of ownership on assets ready for resale and recycling, and to manage the delivery and logistics for device distribution (providing indemnification of liability on devices)
