MaxxumSAFE is a web-based portal that houses asset disposition management information in a single location. The information is available in real-time at a protected, online location, that you can access as needed -- wherever your work takes you. MaxxumSAFE provides the right people with the right information at the right time to make the most effective business decisions. It facilitates the implementation of the program, as well as providing on-going support tools to ensure the success of the program.
All the reports you need to prove your compliance with computer disposition laws and regulations - as well as other customized IT reports - can be generated by MaxxumSAFE, including:

We help fulfill the legal and regulatory requirements of all client programs by providing certified proof for all the appropriate steps in the transfer, sanitation, recycling, remarketing and/or destruction of IT assets.
Your disposition information is available on-demand as soon as it's entered into the MaxxumSAFE program to all authorized users anywhere in the organization. Maxxum can also access this information in real time, as needed. Of course, access to the information is restricted by User ID and password to authorized client and Maxxum personnell. The data is then backed up nightly and tapes are stored offsite for additional data security.
Most important, Maxxum offers complete liability indemnification associated with your environment and legal concerns, including EPA disposal laws, and compliance with data regulations such as HIPPA, FACT Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leach-Bliley. - Maxxum provides full legal and environmental indemnification on ownership of the equipment by device serial number
- When doing data wipes and data sanitation, Maxxum provides full legal indemnification of ownership of electronic data by equipment serial number
- Maxxum's standard for recording by providing indemnification at the serial number level creates the highest possible protection for release of ownership documentation
